Account & Admin position
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle AP/AR functions, GST returns
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders
- Prepare full set of account incl. Monthly P&L report
- Prepare shipping documents, Coordination of import/export shipping matters
- Other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Level, Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
- Experience in similar role
- Knowledge and experience in MYOB Accounting Systems
- Good IT and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work well in fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and adjust priorities as needed
- Able to work independently, self-motivated
- Ability to start work at short notice is a preference
Technician & Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, termination, commissioning of navigation & communication equipment
- Troubleshooting, servicing and repair of equipment
- Ensure work-in-progress is carried out according to timeline and of quality consistency with
- Project / job specifications and safety standards
- Preparation of service report and job progress update.
Requirements:
- Nitec, higher Nitec, Diploma or higher in Electronics Engineering or related studies
- Experience in similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
- Knowledge of Autocad drawing is an advantage
- Willing to travel overseas
- Good IT and communication skills
- Able to work independently, self-motivated
- Ability to start work immediately is a preference
